I've been absorbing the things you brought to mind. I think the biggest thing I learned was how greatly I was underestimating the power of my voice. I wasn't paying attention to the impact of my voice on the music I sing. I underestimated the hundreds of ways I could use my voice to create a sound and it feels empowering to see the possibilities. So I've been playing around and practicing the different sounds - walking down the street, riding in an empty elevator. It feels so right and good and normal to be working and not fussing!
